A 40/60 payment plan
Pay 40% in instalments while the tower is built, and the remaining 60% when your home is complete. Less capital committed today, and more time for the asset to grow before the larger payment is due.
All payments go into the project's regulated escrow account. The full instalment schedule is released at launch, to registered buyers first.
On a residence at AED 1,800,000, that is AED 720,000 across the build and AED 1,080,000 on handover, before registration fees. Exact milestones are set by Emirates Developments.
